St Giles's Church, Sidbury

Coffee & Chat in St Giles’ Church, Sidbury: Tuesday morning 8.30 - 10.30 a.m.  Term Time. Everyone Welcome! 

Community Café: Every Monday from 8:30-11:30am in St Peter’s Church, Sidford. We’d love to see you there! More volunteers to help or bake cakes are welcome! If you are baking a cake, please include a list of ingredients.

ST GILES CHURCH
The beautiful Grade I listed Church of St. Giles stands at the centre of the picturesque village of Sidbury where a church building has stood since Saxon times.  Under the chancel there exists to this day a 7th century Saxon crypt, this is open every Thursday afternoon, during the summer, when guided tours take place.

In the 1860's a second church, St Peter's was built in the parish at Sidford. Attached is a hall which is used by both congregations.
